FarmersAid – Prize Draw Terms

1. The prize draw is open to all UK residents aged 18 years or over, except employees of the Promoter, their families, agents or any third party directly associated with administration of the prize draw.
2. When you submit your contact information to us via the FarmersAid mobile application, you will be automatically entered into the prize draw. The prize draw is free to enter and no purchase is necessary.
3. Only one entry per person is permitted.
4. The opening date for entries is 00:00 on June 4^th, 2026. The closing date of the prize draw is 23:59 on September 29^th, 2026. Entries received after this time will not be counted.
5. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for entries not successfully completed due to a technical fault, technical malfunction, computer hardware or software failure, satellite, network or server failure of any kind.
6. Three winners will be chosen by random draw performed by a computer process once per month on 30th June, 30^th July, 30th August and 30th September 2026 (“Draw Dates“). There will be a total of twelve winners.
7. Each winner will receive: (a) a critical care kit; and (b) a downloadable poster providing emergency contact numbers to be used in an emergency situation.
8. Each winner will be notified by email or telephone (using details provided at entry) within 5 days of the relevant Draw Date and must provide a postal address to claim their prize. If a winner does not respond to the Promoter within 14 days of being notified by the Promoter, then that winner’s prize will be forfeited and the Promoter will be entitled to select another winner in accordance with the process described above.
9. The prize will be sent to each winner by post within 30 days of being notified of their win.
10. The prize for each winner is non-exchangeable, non-transferable and no cash alternative is offered.
11. The prize is supplied by Openhouse Products (the “Supplier“). The Promoter reserves the right to replace the prize with an alternative prize of equal or higher value if circumstances beyond the Promoter’s control makes it necessary to do so.
12. The decision of the Promoter regarding any aspect of the prize draw is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into about it.
13. The Promoter must either publish or make available information that indicates that a valid award took place. To comply with this obligation the Promoter will send the surname and county of major prize winners and, if applicable copies of their winning entries, to anyone who emails FarmersAid@RABI.org.uk or writes to the main RABI office (address listed below) (enclosing a self-addressed envelope) within 1 month after the closing date stated in condition 4. If you object to any or all of your surname, county and winning entry being published or made available, please contact the Promoter FarmersAid@RABI.org.uk. In such circumstances, the Promoter must still provide the information and winning entry to the Advertising Standards Authority on request.
14. Participants are deemed to have accepted and agreed to be bound by these terms and conditions upon entry. The Promoter reserves the right to refuse entry, or refuse to award the prize to anyone in breach of these terms and conditions.
15. The Promoter reserves the right to hold void, cancel, suspend, or amend the promotion where it becomes necessary to do so.
16. Insofar as is permitted by law, the Promoter, its agents or distributors will not in any circumstances be responsible or liable to compensate any winner or accept any liability for any loss, damage, personal injury or death occurring as a result of taking up the prize except where it is caused by the negligence of the Promoter, its agents or distributors or that of their employees. Your statutory rights are not affected.
17. Without prejudice to condition 16, the prize is not intended for use in connection with trade, business or for professional purposes and is instead provided for use in a personal capacity only. The prize is provided in its original packaging. The Promoter makes no representation as to the suitability, condition, or fitness of the prize for any particular use or purpose. It is each winner’s responsibility to review the usage instructions provided by the Supplier.
18. Personal data supplied during the course of this promotion will only be processed as set out in the Promoter’s privacy policy. See also condition 13 with regard to the announcement of winners.
19. These terms and conditions and this promotion are governed by English law. If any entrants to this promotion wish to take court proceedings, then they must do this within the courts in the United Kingdom.
20. The Promoter of this prize draw is Royal Agricultural Benevolent Institution, our head office is at Shaw House, 27 West Way, Oxford, OX2 0QH and we are a Charity registered in England and Wales under charity number 208858.
